By purchasing from Integraph Solutions you acknowledge that you have read these terms and have agreed to them.

All script purchases and performed services are non-refundable because of technical inability of customer to return the product. Refunds can only be given under special circumstances, as determined by Integraph Solutions, including, but not limited to: accidental wrong order, major problem with product which cannot be fixed within reasonable time, script not downloaded, etc.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the location (server) they plan to install the script on, meets the minimum requirements. Unless otherwise specified, our script is not designed for Windows or Mac servers, and requires a Linux/Unix server with support for PHP4.X & a MySQL Database access to function properly. 

Scripts is sold to you and can be used on any of your websites. Single domain licenses are not required. But if ownership of your site changes (such as selling it) and our script is installed on it, you are required to purchase a license for the site in advance.

You may remove links to this site that appear on pages generated by the script you purchased. But you may not remove any copyright notices, addresses, and other information found inside the code of the scripts.

You may modify the script for personal use, but not for resale. You may not sell our script, except in combination with a website and a license, as previously specified. If you have a special reason for wanting to sell our scripts, please e-mail ceo@24x7help.com .

If the script downloaded by you is found to be in possession of another individual or website, which did not purchase the script, then you will be found responsible, no matter how the script was retrieved by the other party, except in special circumstances, as determined by Integraph Solutions. Penalty for this action is to be banned from access to download future scripts, no matter what you purchased.

Unlicensed distribution of our script, whether for profit or not, will be considered in violation of international copyright laws. Violators will be prosecuted by federal law enforcement in country of residence.

Integraph Solutions reserves the right to refuse orders.
